Pauline O'Malley CSE, Founder & CEO 

Pauline's success in sales and management in the insurance and technology sectors spans decades. In 2002, after three and a half years of extensive research and development, she and her team published TheRevenueBuilder®  - Making CRM Work!  Since 1996, TheRevenueBuilder® has helped more than 10,000 companies and individuals in North America, Denmark, Australia, China and India exceed corporate targets and fulfill personal objectives. 

Pauline is passionate about building and keeping relationships. She is the Founding Chair of the nationally acclaimed Leaders of Tomorrow student mentorship program, and received the Board of Trade Chairman's Award for significant achievement. In 1998 she was nominated for the BC Quality Assurance Award for Leadership Excellence and in 1999 was appointed expert panelist for the RBC Royal Bank of Canada's ViaSource Small Business Program. More recently she has participated as an expert advisor for TEC (The Executive Committee) CEO Roundtable and served as Director on the SMEI (Sales & Marketing Executives International) International Board.

Teresa Rivera, Chief Marketing Officer & Public Relations Director

With over 30 years experience in management, training, sales, and marketing, Teresa Rivera’s career has included corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. After serving on active duty around the globe in the US Army, Teresa continued her career at Procter & Gamble, where she fine-tuned her brand management skills. Teresa returned to government with the US Postal Service and then with the US Department of the Interior.Over the course of her career, she has led national marketing programs, developed successful strategic communications, implemented award-winning marketing initiatives, and redesigned brand identities.

Working in partnership with major corporations and government agencies, including Hallmark, AT&T, Disney, IBM, the Department of Defense, and the US Mint, Teresa is known throughout government and industry as a leader in branding and integrated marketing communications. She is a sought-after speaker and frequently makes presentations to such groups as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC), and many others.

Teresa has received numerous awards over the years, most recently in 2007 – being named one of the 25 Most Powerful Minority Women In Business, receiving the GovMark Council award for Best Designed marketing campaign, and was honored as one of the Fifty Influential Entrepreneurs In Business in the USA. Teresa holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, and is currently completing her graduate degree.



Ron Payne, Certified Strategist

Ron has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and management with an extensive background in heavy industry, forest products, chemicals,  and the auto leasing sector.

With the Carter Automotive Group Ron attained General Motor's highest sales achievement - Grand Master status. As general manager of Howard Carter Lease Ltd. he led the company to more than double it’s lease fleet. During this time he re-engineered the company twice - realizing dramatically increased performance in sales, customer satisfaction and profitability both times.

Ron's passion is working with teams who are focused on profitable growth. He is a gifted and inspirational sales coach admired by his clients who have been working with him on a weekly basis for years and continue to enjoy the fruits of their collaborative efforts.  



Pamela Hart, Presentation Coach & Public Speaker

Pamela Hart can teach anyone to feel comfortable speaking in public. Her internationally recognized programs address the fears that people endure.  Pamela will expel the anxiety and quash the terror. 

Pamela is a graduate and former company member of Harvard’s American Repertory Theatre. Trained in the art of public speaking and presentations she has more than 20 years experience on the stage and screen.  She is also a graduate of Oxford’s Balliol College in Classical and Jacobean Theater.

Before attending Harvard, Pamela entered the business world as media account executive, where she successfully directed and developed accounts in radio and television.

Pamela is an active volunteer for Victims Service Council, ALSBC and Public Relations Director of the BCPGA 2007 Golf-A-Thon. Edward Koome, Certified Strategist 


Edward has over 16 years in sales, marketing and product development working in highly competitive and fast paced industries. Working with high technology starts-ups and Fortune 500 companies, he has successfully rebuilt selling organizations in both buoyant and declining markets. While at Hewlett-Packard, Edward grew annual sales revenues across several enterprise accounts by over 300%.

Edward is passionate about helping companies narrow their focus, choose their customers and dominate their markets. He specializes in delivering marketing and sales strategy consulting and sales skills training to companies in the high technology, the wood product manufacturing and distribution, and the food & beverage industries.

Edward is active in the community serving on committees for the local Board of Trade and the Surrey Foundation. He is also the Fraser Valley Chair for Sales & Marketing Executives International’s (SMEI)Vancouver chapter. Throughout the year, rain or shine, you can find him on the soccer field coaching youth soccer.
